As I sit down to write this year-end message, I can't help but think about all the conversations we've had with you – our customers – throughout 2024. In a year that's thrown more than its share of curveballs at all of us, especially in the insurance world, you've reminded us why we love what we do.

Let's be honest – nobody enjoys opening their insurance renewal to find rate increases. We've spent many hours this year having frank discussions with our clients about these industry-wide changes.
